Long overdue update!

Life has been throwing in plenty of surprises the last few months. Sometime in August 08, I started work with one of America's iconic company and six months later I was retrenched. The team I headed was also impacted. In short, the whole unit/department handling Asean countries folded in Malaysia. In a way, I could have seen it coming as people were being chopped left, right and center. But it still came as a surprise. Got a small package which is better than nothing! :)

So, here I am. Back to being a full time mom...again. And there are moments when I do miss the concalls, deadlines and meetings AND Salary but in the end getting the chance to hug your kids a heck of a lot more makes up for it in spades!

So now, I have to think of ways to ramp up the business of baking...maybe road banners/ads etc. Maybe flyers... So if you know of anybody wanting homebaked goodies, point them my way!
