Happy New Year y'all!
How was your New Year celebration? Any new resolutions? Me - the same old, same old.. lose weight, get fit, etc. Turning the big 4-0 this year! Yikes...
About cakes, been using the printed sheet a lot (by request) of late. From experience, best to NOT get those already printed from the cake supply shops. You'll be surprise how much better the quality and color will be when you pick the image yourself from the 'net (hi-res of course) and have it printed at Pastry Pro. Checkout the the "Little Einsteins and Rocket" cake and the "Alex" the lion from the movie "Madagascar". Pastry Pro will need at least 2 days..so remember to allocate the time.
Anyway, I'll be asking hubby to upload the photos of the latest cakes. Do check it out and let me know what you thought.
